Flax ginger tea

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin seeds
  • < li>A teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Half a tablespoon of dried and ground lemon peel
  • A cup of boiling water

Method:

Mix lemon peel with ginger, cumin and flax in a glass bowl, soak half a teaspoon of the mixture in a cup of warm water for 15 minutes, and drink a cup a quarter of an hour before each meal.
